Kol Ami, which prepares Jewish peoples, is a leadership program whose trainees are youth from all over the country and the world - boys and girls, religious and secular from Israel and the Diaspora. The preparatory school deals with Jewish and Zionist identity, leadership, involvement in the community, preparation for significant service in the IDF and knowing the people and the country.
